Traumatic & Sudden Loss

Often after a sudden or traumatic loss you can be left with feelings of shock and overwhelm. Working together, I can help navigate you through this experience using practical and simple tools and trauma informed care. EMDR may also be useful to process traumatic memories.

Children & Teen grief

I support children and teens to learn to understand the grief experience and develop coping resources that will help them in all aspects of their life. Additionally, I support caregivers with concrete language and understanding in order to best support their grieving child or teen.

There are many ways that grief can be complicated or prolonged. Together we can develop an individualized approach to helping you work through this loss, whether recent or many years ago.
